It's been forever.

So I just got through watching Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland and I must say..I am thoroughly inspired. It was a great movie. However, there might have been a lovely story if she had not fallen into the hole you know?

Heh, I've been thinking this up for only an hour, but I have a story in my head that might express everything Im feeling. Perhaps it would give me some closure.

It wouldnt be an epic novel of triumph and adventure. Rather, a redefinition of courage?

But..yeah! im back now (not that anyone cares but whatever).

Honestly, it makes me feel terrible, just like it would for any other woman who already feel bad about herself. It brings up alot of questions like "why do these women actually want to continue being part of the porn business?" and "why doesnt anyone realize how destructive it already is?" and "why did God design men to be such pigs?". Ok..maybe the last one is just my opinion. Somehow the male species evolved back into pigs and the female species evolved back into lizards. Thats the way it is these days..

I know men arent really pigs, and God didnt design them that way. It sure seems like it, but deep down I know for a fact it isnt true. Men are just different, and we females have to learn to adapt to the difference as best we can. Many of us women have failed.

Girls these days fail to realize why men appear to be such jerks. If a girl wears a short skirt, a low-cut shirt, a mini dress, a bikini..usually its just fashion. Either they want to look cute or they want to look sexy, and its achieved. The slightest show of skin can make a guy go crazy, and they've learned that. But they dont realize that every guy is looking and probably thinking along the same lines. When I say ever guy..I mean every single guy in the perimeter. Even the ones that are 65+. Disgusting right? Well, its how theyre designed. The sex drive built into a male is much stronger than that of a woman. That fact is..totally annoying heh, and totally true. Why do you think so many guys look at pornography? It entices them far more than it can for a girl. I applaud the men that stay away from porn. Youre awesome.

Personally, I hate porn. The very idea of it is appauling. Porn isnt something that guy can look at, get a kick out of it, and then look at from time to time to thrill themselves. It's addictive, but it doesnt give the same effect as drugs. If a guy gets addicted, he will build a fantasy world that will destroy his life completely. Well..maybe not completely..but pretty much. Now this is why I hate porn, be cause now I know that if a guy gets addicted, he will want a sex life simmilar to what he looks at on a regular basis. He will expect perfect technique, perfect body, perfection all around.

So did you catch it? They begin to expect perfection. That sucks for us girls that cant be perfect.

Now, some guys expect perfection even if they dont look at porn. I dont like those guys..but that probably doesnt matter ha!

Ive contemplated this alot, you guys. Im still struggling with hatred, jealousy, and depression. Its not taking over me, thank God..but it gets to me every once in awhile, and especially now. I feel like I cant be near perfect. I cant tan..I just burn. My skin is frustrating. I have fat in weird places, and not enough in others. I have a bit of a crossbite in my teeth. Im no where near perfect. Im not really all that pretty, actually, and it sucks! Seeing other women striking men with their unfailing beauty is sooooo annoying. It totally enrages me. I know, I know..Im just complaining and I need to accept myself. Well, I have accepted myself. Im not usually depressed about myself, and I do like the life that I live. The good Lord has blessed me and loved me, and I wouldnt deny it for all the beauty in the world. But..that doesnt keep all the jealousy from getting too me just yet.

Any of you girls out there know how I feel? See all the other pretty girls getting attention and affection while youre left green with envy and buried underneath self-pity and shame?

No matter how much I try to stifle it, get away from it, tie it up in burlap sack and throw into the sea...it catches up with me. Its true, I would like to date- but I dont. I would like to love- but I cant. Ive almost fully convinced myself that men are animals and I dont want anything to do with them. But I cant get away from it. I still desire to be loved, and its still crushing me.

Honestly, it takes alot out of me. Just last Sunday it crept up on me and caused me to be depressed the entire day. Its so weird...like, seriously it was the weirdest thing. A high school graduate was giving his testimony in front of the whole church. My first thought was "he looks like a nice guy". Next I thought "hm..he's actually really cute". Before I knew it, I was attracted..and then it hit me. "I'll never get a guy like that. Im too stupid and ugly to attract anybody, even the best that God has to offer".

No..really..I thought that. It sounds silly, I know, but then again it isnt. It just gets to me.

But I know God made me beautiful in His eyes. I know He created me for a reason. I know He loves me and He died for me. Thats enough to make me cry, and its enough to make me not want to date even more, because no man will ever love me and not go back on his word. Well, certainly not now at least.

Ok so..did you see where Im getting at? I really just kinda ranted here..but I wanted to get these points across at least: Men are not pigs theyre just different. Porn is destructive and I hate it (I also applaud men that hate porn as well). And..um..well, idk what the last point is. But I guess I just wanted to tell all the girls that feel the same way I do that they're not alone and that God loves you no matter what you look like...yay!!

Why I Love Weird Music

If you've already watched my fan videos, there's a chance you might wonder why the music I put to them is so weird. You might not wonder that but there's a chance, you know?

Well, it started about 2 years ago, when all I liked was rock. I was more into following the crowd n' all that jazz. Dude, I had the coolest hair...anyways! I didn't exactly get bored of going with the flow...I just kinda got tired of it. See, being a "scene kid" calls for "making a scene". aka- being different. In all honesty and from personal experience, "scene kids" are just a set-apart group, not unique individuals. Yes, some of them can be unique, but they aren't original in their ideas and lifestyle. The lifestyle is the worst. I was convicted and I couldn't live like that. Plus I have this huge pet peave: if a band I like turns up on the radio, then everyone else will start liking them- I can't stand that! That's what happened between me and Metro Station. I totally liked them before they got on the radio. Now everyone loves them, and I don't listen to them anymore. Urgh!

So, anyways, now that I'm trying to truly live my life in my own way (well, God's way, which equals "true set-apart-ness"), I'm now listening to music that I enjoy personally that isn't on the radio. However, Coldplay is on the radio..but I'll always love them.

Therefore- weird music! The Graduate is pretty different, I know. But not as much as some stuff. I don't know how to explain to people the kind of music I like.
They'll ask me and I'll say:
"uh..ambient/electro/techno/emo/rock/punk/electronica/industrial/pop/pop punk/alternative/christian/indie"
It's so very hard to remember all that you know?

Why I Love Japanese Cosplay

I'm sure you've all heard about the INSANE genius of the Japs. For some reason, their imagination has excelled much more than the typical American artist. But have you ever noticed that the Final Fantasy characters all have Japanese features? That's why the Japs are so much better at cosplay too!

Cosplay is basically just "costume play", where people dress up and act like their favorite character..from anything. Any movie, video game, TV show- anything!

So, since the Japs created the FF characters to have Japanese features, Japanese people do it best. We just have to accept that.

Why I Love Gyaru

Ok, if you already no what Gyaru is..then you must think I'm crazy. If you don't know what Gyaru is- then today is your lucky day!

Let me give you the gist of the Gyaru:

Gyaru basically means "bad gal." It's really a unique form of Japanese lifestyle/fashion. There are different sub-cultures to it, but Gyaru is the term for the whole. There's Ganguro, which is described as girls that tan alot, where bright makeup and cute clothes, and para-para dance to the extreme. There's also Yamanba. Yamanba is the term for the females who do like the Ganguro, but want even darker skin and bleached out hair (they're my personal favorite). There's also one more, Himegyaru. Himegyaru don't really tan or wear super bright makeup. It's gyaru for rich girls. They curl and tease their hair alot, and they wear expensive clothes. They make themslves up to look like dolls.

So now that you kinda know what I'm talking about, do you think I'm crazy now?

Honestly, I admire these girls. They enjoy sticking out like a sore thumb, probably more than I do. I enjoy being so much different than anybody else! Being normal is just...dumb.

Furthermore, the Gyaru are an example of Japan's great creativity. They set the standard for alot of fashion in the States already. Who knows! Maybe in a few years, we'll be wearing mediocre peices and makeup looks derived from them.

Why I Love Final Fantasy in General

The Final Fantasy. Yes, it is pretty "cool" I suppose. Like myself, many other nerds have totally fallen in love with the whole perspective of Final Fantasy (or FF, as we like to call it). I love it because it involves the life stories of so-called superhumans that we all secretly want to be. The women are extremely beautiful, the men extremely hansome, and the villians mostly evil and some what disturbed. It's just perfect.

Even though there are so many of them, only a select number of them have stood the test of time. FF 7, 8, 10, 10-2, 12, and 13. Apparently, 10 was so good that they continued it in a sequel, 10-2 (I've played both, and the only down side is the battle system).

I like the fact that these incredible stories are actually video games. That's the masculine side of all of us nerds. The battles and triumph over evil! Truly, that's what we all want deep down. Personally, I just love it because of the characters and the locations and the plots. The fact that they're all video games just makes me love it all the better!

FF inspires me to write my own stories of superhumans. I'm really not much of a fiction reader. I like to read non-fiction, directional books. How nerdy can I get? I don't know, pretty nerdy I guess. Do you ever get that urge to write something that will affect the whole world? Something that'll be totally different than all the other fictional adventures ever created? Final Fantasy has accomplished that feat, and it inspires me to accomplish it as well.
